From simply providing information about different academic subjects to advising on your training options, the university offers individual and collective activities to help you make choices about your academic and professional career.

Individual Guidance

Located on several campuses, the university’s support, information and guidance service (SUAIO) is available to answer all your questions. Guidance and studies counsellors and careers' advisors can meet you with or without an appointment. During these meetings, they help you plan your academic path and your career choices, and can present you with further study options.

Group Workshops

For University of Lille students, group workshops providing support and guidance are scheduled throughout the year. They allow students to develop a better awareness of themselves and their own abilities.

Reorientation Workshops

Students enrolled in first year at a higher education institution in France and who experience difficulties during their first term may ask to change to another course at the University of Lille for their second term. To this end, several workshops are scheduled from mid-November to mid-January to offer each student a course best-suited to them.
