From secondary school to the University of Lille
Preparation for higher education begins while still in school
This is why finding out more about the university and its courses is a crucial step in planning your academic future. To this end, the University of Lille opens its doors and plans specific activities throughout the year to help you better understand its environment, organisation and resources.
Discover the university still in school
The University of Lille has various ways to help you find out more about its campuses, courses and student life.
Immersion days: these allow secondary school students to shadow Bachelors students for a whole day (experiencing classes, working in the library, having lunch at the university canteen, etc.) on one of the university campuses and in the subject of your choice.
To take part in an immersion day, you need to sign up on the ‘Demain l’Université’ website.
Round-tables in schools
Our student ambassadors take part in round-tables and talk about their university life in secondary schools across the region. It's an opportunity to ask them questions and get advice on how to succeed.
Meetings with parents
Parents are invited to the university to learn about the organisation of studies and the content of different classes. Registration for the different events organised throughout the year takes place through this website.
Discovery Questionnaire
Are you thinking about enrolling for a course at the University of Lille and have questions about your level of knowledge?
Discovery questionnaires on the ‘Demain l'Université’ website can help you assess your level of knowledge in the different subjects taught at the University of Lille.
